Place the oysters on rock salt beds in 9-inch round baking pans. Sprinkle the oysters with bread crumbs. Drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with green onions. Season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until the edges curl. Serve with lemon wedges and sprigs of fresh parsley.
Note: Another option for cooking and presentation, instead of using oysters on the half shell, place 3 shucked oysters each in greased ramekins and prepare as above. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until the edges begin to curl.
