Great American Seafood Cook-Off

One of the finest seafood events in the country, the Great American Seafood Cook-Off gathers top chefs from various states in New Orleans to feature their native product. Alabama’s own Chef Jim Smith, executive chef for the State of Alabama, took home the gold in 2011, and we’ll be represented this year by Chef Josh Quick of Odette in Florence, the winner of our 2nd annual Alabama Seafood Cook-Off.
