Holiday Festivities Around Orange Beach

Looking for activities to do with the family over the holidays? Orange Beach and surrounding areas have a Santa sack full of holiday events throughout the month of December to keep the joys of this season going all month long!

If giving to others in your community is part of your holiday tradition, The Wharf is hosting its annual Toys for Tots Bike Drive to make the season more merry and bright (and on two wheels) for children across the coast. Choose an ornament from the tree in Santa’s Village and buy a bicycle for the child listed on that ornament (if under 16 years old). Bike collection ends December 14.

Santa Claus is comin’ to town! Or rather, he’s already here onsite! What’s Christmas without the obligatory – yet adorable - photo with Santa Claus? The Wharf is hosting Photos with Santa each afternoon until Christmas Eve (December 24). Be sure to bring your wish list and come see Santa himself.

And while the holiday season is in full swing, the New Year is quickly approaching. Looking for an early celebration this year? Come ring in 2022 (at noon) at LuLu’s! On December 31, LuLu’s restaurant will celebrate the New Year starting at 12pm. This kid-friendly and family fun day- deemed Noon’s Year’s Eve- ends early enough for the little ones and parents to be well rested on the first day of 2022.

For those looking for traditional New Year’s Eve entertainment options, The Wharf will be full of festivities to welcome 2022, with live bands, fireworks and of course the annual marlin drop.
